So when is a ring donut not a ring donut? When it is a square one! These might not be the classic “ring” style but I just had to bring them to you because I have never seen them before, but apparently over in Indiana, USA they are quite common!

These are just about as healthy as a donut is going to be. They are low carb, grain-free and gluten-free and look delicious! Best of all is that they are only 153 Calories each! So don’t feel so guilty when you are clicking on that image and making some of your own.

Not only do they look amazing, not only do they only have 31 Calories in each, but there is also a FULL recipe and making guide in the image link! But I have to be honest and say that I would personally need a bowl full just to touch the sides!

It is no good rubbing your eyes, these really are cat shaped ring donuts! Inspired by an anime series called “one Nya hup” they are sadly there is no making guide as they are only available in Japan, but maybe someone would be kind enough to send us some!

OK, it is not that kind of fruit. But these doughnuts that are infused with “Fruity Pebbles” cereal are a pure joy to look at and also come with a first class recipe and making guide.
